Founded in 1972 Louisiana by Al Copeland who dreamed of serving the best fried chicken. 50 years ago in New Orleans, Louisiana. A taste sensation was born. What started as one small restaurant with a dream of creating the world’s best fried chicken is now a craze that has swept across the world, serving in over 4,000 restaurants...and we’re not stopping there. Our amazing Louisiana chicken is the result of thoughtful actions. In the kitchen, we always adhere to the principle that quality cannot be compromised.
We use only fresh chicken marinated for at least 12 hours. Then breaded and battered by hand and slowly fried to a perfect crunch texture due to our special frying process. This is a juicy and crispy chicken, which we have been cooking since 1972. Each piece is a real work of art.
